Cell phone conversations are not permitted in the Spa. We asked that you silence your cell phone prior to entering the spa. This allows all guests to fully unwind and enjoy their spa experience without any disruptions.

THERAPIST REQUESTS

If you have a specific therapist in mind for your service, we will gladly accommodate however your request will be based on the specific therapist availability.

SERVICE CHARGE

Treatment prices do not include gratuities. A 20% service charge will not be assessed, however it is recommended and appreciated for the exceptional services our therapists provide during your spa experience.

We offer various payment options including credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle and Venmo is also an option for gratuities.

SPA CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual attention exclusive times are allocated for your convenience. As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give a 24-hour notice for a Single Treatment or 72 hours for Spa Packages/Multiple Services prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 100% cancellation charge.

“No Shows” will be charged the full treatment price.

Day Package or group cancellation requires a 72-hour notice to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin promptly. In this case, you will be charged the full amount of your originally scheduled treatment.

ARRIVAL

Our spa staff recommends arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to unwind in our tranquil spa environment and enjoy a refreshing shower. The spa is equipped with a water softener that leaves your skin soft to the touch and radiant without pore-clogging soap scum residue over your body.
